    False Positive

    Powder toy uses a number of numerical operations with loops which in certain circumstances will lock up the users pc, logic bomb.

    However appropriate error handling is in place so this is not possible

    Well, to be quite honest, Norton Security Suite is shit. We publish all source-code, there's nothing hidden away at all, I can assure you that the Powder Toy is safe.
