You really don't understand this suggestion. It is extremely simple: particles inside the wall don't call their update functions and don't move (stated clearly in the first post)

PSTN pushing is an entirely separate thing and would not be affected. Think of this from a programming perspective, not from an ideal "everything is in stasis" perspective. This suggestion wouldn't take much to code. I'm not going to go and intentionally add stasis wall checking code in elements like PSTN, CRAY, others because that would ruin the suggestion.

It's still easy to code. I'll create a github issue for it later to remind me to code it at some point. Then we can test it out and see how it works / how useful it is.

This would require a second layer of physics a sort of "sub-space" and the "stasis" element would have to bring out a rip where any element in it will be brought into it. Heck I cant believe I made this sentence! We need atleast 3 layers of space, toggling visibility could be a good idea too. Use TMP for wich layer atleast max of 3. I think the way you guys (mainly potbelly) are thinking about it like a square wall, but thats not really a good way to think of this.

This is a wall, not an element. It won't create any extra layers

This has been implemented into the official game. You will see it in a future update.
