I had an idea, where users ideas would be accepted into the game more often.. And i wanted to ask devs if they could make another version if the game but with more community made elements (ex. My BDMD) but theres 1 threat to this idea.. Lack of free Developers.. (honestly i think that devs would give role of developing that build to some well known and trusted TPT users that know LUA..)

User ideas are sometimes accepted into the game. Some new elements and moving solids not being accepted? That's completely fine. There's a certain aspect of challenge that you'd lose if you added every element that popped out of people's minds, and there's a certain aspect of diversity that you'd lose if you didn't add any. One of the tasks of the devs is keeping both aspects well balanced.
Of course nothing stops you from forking TPT and building a more community-driven version (it'd be called a mod and mods are something this community embraces). Sadly, nothing can be done about the fact that those who don't know programming can't actively parttake in maintaining a mod. Those who do know programming could though, and it definitely wouldn't be the official devs who decide who will. Sure, it'd be they who decide whether said mod could use official resources (such as the forum and the save server).
Ps. It's "Lua" :P it means moon in Portuguese.
