Ok. Maybe it sounds bad. The Powder Toy is a very good game, one of best games I have ever played. But there is one thing that I don't like it. TPT's Banning system. I heard that many good users have been banned and ended their TPT's career. To prevent this, I would like to warns system, where you can warn people for some bad things. Like, 3 Warns = Ban/Tempban.

I'm not sure what grounds you have to think the ban system is used improperly. Your account has been banned twice (at most for 3 days), and has never been perm banned.
All bans are appropriate as determined by the moderators. There were some high-profile players that were banned recently. One for example, was banned for extreme racism (the kind of stuff I'd like to believe nobody has those opinions anymore). It was intentional, it might as well have said "please ban me".
Also, unless you want to be the next BokkaB, stop using that signature on your posts. I have the ability to block people from using the forums (separately from the ban system). -
