Why is it everytime i load a save things like GLAS or TUNG shatters?

GLAS and TUNG store the pressure they were at the previous frame, and if it changes too much from one frame to the next, it shatters. When you save, it includes the "previous frame" pressure data with the GLAS / TUNG.

There appears to be a bug when loading this data when the pressure is negative though, this causes the glass to immediately shatter. We'll fix it for the next version.

This happens because pressure gets loaded along with the save shattering the GLAS and TUNG. Now, to prevent it, just press shift while loading a stamp or a save.

Alternatively, there's even an option in simulation settings that does the same. It's called "include pressure" just uncheck it.

Edit: Nvm, just refer to the above post :P

Your post is still correct as a workaround though. There are actually a ton of workarounds, including these additional ones:

Hold shift while saving to not save pressure. (the shift trick works for both loading and saving operations)
Press = before saving, and while paused, to reset all pressure.
