Fixing that will be difficult, sounds like your computer is too old to contact microsoft's update servers. These instructions might work: https://superuser.com/a/1632323
I do recommend updating your computer, as it is wildly insecure to not update win 7 in this many years. There are many critical security vulnerabilities in a version that old.
Anyway for alternate steps .. you may have to figure out exactly what I mean on your own. But it's something like
download this certificate - https://letsencrypt.org/certs/isrgrootx1.der
Double click it, then click "install certificate"
Install to "Local Machine"
Select which "Store" to put it in. You want to put it in "Third-Party Root Certificate Authorities"Edited once by jacob1. Last: 16th Nov 2021 -

Awesome, glad you got it working. You are the first person I've helped to fix this problem. It didn't affect the vast majority of users, but if it did they probably wouldn't be able to reach the forums either.
