This is ridiculous. This person thinks that he can point fingers at us because we dislike him.
He had 27 accounts he spammed with and insulted me several times. I honestly cannot see why he is even staying here.

I believe he made all those numbers ones. He has spammed, tried to circumvent the ban frequently and is currently doing so. Frankly, I don't think the rules apply to him.
